About Lohenette Lohenette has been on the web since 1995, and the product selection has grown ever since and is still growing. Lohenette is offering well known brands with a competetive web price and also less known brands that could be compete with the bigger ones. We are located about 20 kilmoteres north-west of Helsinki in Finland, Europe. Shipping Yes, we ship our products internationally. However, if the product is shipped outside EU/EES area then the customer is responsible for paying any duties, customs charges, or tariffs on products shipped to them. Customs declarations will indicate the full value of the order in Euros. Our standard method of international shipment is DHL or international air mail. How to order To make a international order you have to mail us directly (alternative you can make a order with fax). Never include the credit card details in the mail, you can fax or phone these to us. After the order form is sent to us, we will check the availability of the products and then we will mail you in 1-2 working days a mail to verify the order and shipment method/price, and total price. When you confirm to this mail the order is final, not before that. Payment methods Lohenette accepts following credit cards on international orders : VISA and Mastercard. All creditcard information should either be faxed or phoned in. Prices All prices are in Euros (€) and are VAT and tax included. All products are official, and they are imported to Finland by official channels. There are some products that will arrive directly from the factory, since the factory is located in Finland, these products are Genelec, Suunto, Profel.
